Since we are currently unable to live in Bali year-round and are not yet large enough to open our own shelter, we collaborate with an amazing and inspiring woman named One Kurnia. Her local foundation, Bali Utara Metayana, is located in the Lovina area of Bali. One has been active for a long time, and her contribution to helping Bali’s street dogs is immense.

She currently cares for 50 rescued dogs at her home, 38 dogs in rental house and recently, she managed to rent a third house to accommodate even more rescued dogs. Below videos are a glimpse of her home and its wonderful residents.

One is an incredible woman and a true inspiration to our organization. In addition to the dogs living at her home and the second house, she regularly organizes street dog sterilization, castration, vaccination, feeding, and rescue operations. Her ongoing efforts have made a profound difference in the lives of Bali’s street dogs.
